Calendar View in C360 of Customer Events

Having a calendar similar to an Outlook/Gmail calendar where CSMs can log any upcoming events/PTO/Blackout windows for their customer on their respective C360 pages is a request our CSM team has asked about.

They’re aware of the CTA Calendar view, but the view they’re interested in is not specifically tied to CTAs. It’s more for calendar management for their customers, so they know what times they won’t be able to engage with their customers (e.g. busy blackout periods), and what times to engage. This C360 specific calendar could potentially roll up to a main calendar for the CSM that includes all of their customer events logged so they can visually see what’s coming. 

Perhaps this is an additional visual representation of Timeline?
