I assume this is on the roadmap? It is necessary to have execution logs for participant syncs in programs. I am hoping this will include data fetches as well as participants added and failed so we can troubleshoot.

I thought this was posted before but I can't find it.

Just wanted to bump this up as in support this would help troubleshooting quite a bit!

+1 here, is there any plan to get this into the roadmap, as we have execution logs for nearly every other aspect of the product?

+1 - At a minimum it would be extremely helpful to have an execution history for programs similar to what is available in outreaches. Any updates on if this is on the roadmap?

Hi,

We are adding the execution history of query builder sources in March release. We will add overall program execution history soon.

Thanks,

Hello Everyone!

Happy to announce that your request has been considered and included as part of the v6.12 release. Gainsight now provides detailed logs for the activities that admins perform while building and fetching data in Query Builder. Apart from logs, Gainsight also provides other details such as execution history of query builder source in programs, status, data flow diagram, and the downloading option for the result set.

You can find the relevant information in our v6.12 Release Notes

This feature is implemented in both SFDC & NXT versions.

Thanks for posting!
