Since we switched to a new documentation platform, all of the old article URLs have changed. If you click an old URL (from emails, bookmarks, Community, or Google), you will be directed to the new site's home page.

To view the new article, please check the old URL and see if the article title is included, and then paste it into the search bar on the new site:

Occasionally, you may encounter an old article URL that does not contain the article title. In that case, please enter relevant keywords into the search bar. (searching for article #s won't yield results)

If you find links within the new articles that aren't working, or believe the article content needs updating, please email docs@gainsight.com

We appreciate your patience during this transition!

Another important tip for searching for topics on Gainsight Go is to use quotation marks around multiple keywords. For example, searching for "dashboard permissions" using quotes brings the relevant article to the top of the search results. Without the quotation marks, the same search pulls in articles with dashboard or permissions in the article title or body, which is not as helpful since it yields a lot more results.

Thanks Lila!  Also the Table of Contents on each article is a nice addition!

Jeff, we're also experimenting with an article "path" feature that enables us to present multiple articles in a sequence. We'd love to hear yours and other's early feedback on our first example path for How to Build Surveys:

https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Surveys_and_NPS/Admin_Configuration (click the tab called How to Build a Survey to access the path)

Lila - I love it!  Exactly what is needed to help customers understand the "path" or workflow to accomplish a particular task.  Excited to see what other paths you create!
