See the Original CTA Owner

We’ve love to have the ability to report on the original owner of a CTA in report builder, like you can with ‘Original Due Date’. This would be beneficial to have as part of troubleshooting efforts, especially with CTA execution logs limited to 30 days.

Use Case:

A CSM submitted a ticket this morning for two CTAs that appeared in their Cockpit this morning, despite having a due date of December 2023. I can see that the CTA was modified today (and the name of who did it), but was not able to see who originally had ownership as the account transitioned through a handful of owners over the last couple of months due to paternity leaves.

While we were able to solve it by checking Salesforce for when the account ownership changed, and then cross check that with the creation date in Gainsight, it added additional steps where this could’ve been solved with just one field.

I’m not sure how feasible this is, if at all, but I would love to see an MDA object that stores Call to Action historical data. As Michael alluded to above, this would help tremendously with troubleshooting and would help save admins some time which is so important!
