Can we give an option to delete the reasons in Opt-out page.
By giving above option, customers can use required number of reasons instead of 5(which is default).

With all the customization and functionality within Gainsight, it definitely seems odd to not be able to edit the number of reasons from 5. We find that we don’t have 5 reasons to give our customers for why they would like to opt out of the email, and would much rather have 3. Hopefully this is something that can be added in the near future!

+4Team, any update on this? A set number of opt-out reasons with no ability to change count is very restrictive and is causing reluctance to adopt the built-in Gainsight opt out processes.
