I'm looking to get the Gainsight generated field, Revenue Band, added to the account layout page within Salesforce but I am unaware of a way to get ANY Gainsight related fields on the account layout. Would I have to create a rule to push a Customer field into a new Account field and then add it from there? Hoping there might be a simpler way where I can add Revenue Band directly.

Hi Shane, you're spot on. If you want to publish some Gainsight data on the Account object, just create a custom field in your SFDC Account object and then push that value from Gainsight to SFDC using a Gainsight rule.
