Support picklist data type in Freshdesk Connector

Hi,

The Freshdesk connector job somehow does NOT support the picklist data type and converts those to strings, which renders data extraction and usage operations sometimes a bit clunky since, as we all know: a string is static, a picklist isn’t as static.

 

Because of this, for fields like priority or product, I have to type in the exact name of the value in Freshdesk to build reports, filters and use the data in the slightest way. That’s prone to breaking any second because relying on a static string isn’t in fact reliable or sustainable. 

We need the Freshdesk connector to support data types as they come from Freshdesk instead of converting them to string, as it makes 0 sense. 

Use case: it needs to honor the source data type to not worsen #adminqol and maintenance efforts.
