Gainsight University is moving to Skilljar this November!
In November, we’ll be moving our Gainsight University training content back to the Skilljar by Gainsight platform.
Please complete any in-progress courses before Nov. 19, or they may not be migrated. If you are in the middle of a course at the time of the actual migration, you will need to start that particular course again.
Very little downtime is expected, and the only action you’ll need to take is to reset your password once the migration is complete.
We're making this change because the Skilljar LMS offers robust support for commerce, comprehensive analytics functionality, and a superior administrative experience.
What does this mean for you?
- Gainsight University will still have the same URL.
- Usernames are still your email address.
- Users will need to reset their passwords after the migration.
- Direct access to Skilljar Dashboard reports will be available for managers.
- We do not anticipate any significant disruption to your training experience.
We expect the migration will be completed by Nov. 20. After that, you can login using your email address and the password reset option.
