The User overview shows you all users in your community. To drill down and find users that match specific criteria, you can filter your users by a variety of criteria. This article will walk you through each of the filters, and what they do.
Filters
Primary role
This filter will allow you to filter on all primary roles. For instance, this filter can help you filter out banned users, or users awaiting moderator approval.
Custom roles
If you have custom roles set up, you can find users with one or more custom roles.
Last activity
This will show you all users active before, after or within a certain timeframe. Activity constitutes every action that a logged in user took on your community, so even a page view while being logged in counts as activity.
Last login
This is the last time a user performed the action of logging in to your community. The last login will always be before the last activity, as depending on your session length settings, they could have logged in 1 - 90 days ago while being active today.
Registration date
This filter allows you to identify users that signed up before, after or within a certain timeframe.
Rank
Identify users that have a specific rank.
Badges
Identify users that have specific badges.
Topics
Find users with more than, less than or between a certain number of topics.
Replies
Find users with more than, less than or between a certain number of replies.
