Excited to be hosting another roundtable!

A couple of years ago I was an AI skeptic. I'd poke at ChatGPT, get a generic answer back, and wonder what the fuss was about. The thing that flipped it for me wasn't a new model — it was the moment I stopped treating AI like a search engine and started treating it like a teammate that needed onboarding. Once it knew my experience, my voice, my background — the whole thing changed.

That's the conversation I want to have. Not "AI is going to change everything" — more like, what's actually changing right now, in your instance, on your screen, this week?

Can’t wait to see everyone in Vegas!

Can't wait to chat with and learn from some of you! 🙌🏻

For most of this decade we've been told to "do more with less”. With AI capabilities and tool consolidation, the pressure to scale has never been higher… but our customers can tell when they're being deprioritized. How do we honor both sets of expectations? That's exactly what we'll be talking about. Come join me!

@sshroff I submitted my form, but I’ll only be able to make a roundtable if it’s on Wednesday FYI. So if my top choices end up being Thursday sessions, you can give my spot to someone else. Thanks!

Very excited to meet & chat with several of you in one month! 🤗

As admins, I think we’re all accustomed to getting requests that don’t necessarily fit within the confines of standard Gainsight functionality. And with Customer Success continuing to grow, plus the introduction of new AI tools, those asks are only going to continue to happen at an increasingly rapid rate.

This isn’t focused on any one feature, but more a broader question of how are we finding success ‘hacking’ the system to fit our business’ needs - and how can we assist others in achieving the same? Hope to share & learn with you then!

Walked by the room last year, read the sign and wondered what goes on in there? Hoping to find out this year.
