This is on behalf of customer. As of now we do not have an option to notify CSM on the outreach result notification email and hence CSM cannot know whether the email address is bounced or rejected. This does not allow the CSM to know that they need to correct the customer's email address.





Can we provide an option to cc the outreach result notification.

I am adding to this thread so we can all clamor for this fix.
The request here is not to cc/bcc the email that is sent but for the ability to specify who the Outreach result notification is sent to.  Currently, the result notification is sent to the person who created the Outreach.  It would be great if this didn't happen by default but instead it worked like scheduled rules where you can specify an email address to receive the result notification.
This functionality DOES exist.  When you drill into schedule and Outreach there is an icon in the upper right hand corner that allows you to change who receives the Outreach result email.  It defaults to whoever created the Outreach and then you can change it here.
