Copilot Advanced Logic

A customer has a Copilot use case where they want to send an email the very first time a customer has usage (they have monthly data). I am not able to do MIN of Date in Copilot.  I am unable to do (A and 😎 and (C and D) which is (Measure A >0 and Date is current month) and Measure A=0 and Date is less than current month). Was wondering if either of these methods will be possible in a future release?

In the meantime, I am suggesting using Rules Engine to set a milestone when MIN of Date where Measure A >0 is current month and then create a Power List based on the milestone date. 

Any better solutions to provide?

      Creating a milestone is a good approach to get this usecase done. 
      Enhancement of the filter and the min (Date) is not on the cards right now. We will addressing this with V2 of outreach in H2 of 2016.
