CoPilot Organization- Adding Folders to Power List/Email Template interfaces

We are looking to organize the CoPilot Power Lists, Email Templates, and Outreaches. Right now, it can become very cluttered with so many different users creating variations. Can this be built into the CoPilot interface? Similar to how reports on Salesforce can be saved into different folders

      We do have this as part of the roadmap. The timeline for this is not determined yet. We will keep this thread updated for the same.

        Hi All, Happy to inform you that we have implemented the request raised here.

        With this release(6.4), you can now create folders in Email Templates and Programs pages to organize your templates and programs respectively. All the folders are displayed in the left pane on the respective page. If you click any particular folder name, all the templates or programs included in that folder are displayed in the right pane. Gainsight provides a default folder called Uncategorized where all of the existing Email Templates and Programs are stored. You cannot modify the name of this folder or delete it.

        ou can create new folders and move the existing email templates and programs into the new folder. You can also nest any number of folders in another folder.

          Hi @sai_ram_pulluri ! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that there are folders now for programs and email templates. However, I would like to point out that this community post also mentions folder for Outreaches. Is there a reason that wasn't rolled out with this release?

          Hi Faust, we are deprecating CoPilot and all future development will be focused on Journey Orchestrator programs. We encourage all customers to move any legacy outreaches over to Journey Orchestrator programs.
