When sending emails through email assist, are you still able to track template open/click rates like you can through CoPilot, or is this tracking only available through CoPilot outreaches?
Not sure if it's possible at scale, but I like the idea. While we can look at an individual email task to see if it was opened, being able to report on the overall open/click rate of an email template we use for email assist would help us determine how useful it is. Thanks for posting the this question.

Yes, email assist template tracking can be done in two ways .


1)On List view clicking on particular task,tracking is shown here. Refer below screen.








2)Create a report on "Email Logs" object with below filter, refer below screen.

There was a bug identified in our Email Logs that does not allow us to see the template that was used in the email assist. This keeps us from being able to accurately report on the success of our campaigns. 





Do you know when the bug will be addressed? It is currently keeping us from being able to leverage the Email assist for future campaigns.
Hi Lane, This issue is now resolved for the new Emails that will be sent going forward.
