We are so excited to launch our next NPS survey with Advanced Outreach, but as I have begun building it out, I have found a limitation. We want to customize the follow-up/thank you email to the survey participant based on how they respond to the NPS question (promoter, passive or detractor). I know we can do this through a regular CoPilot Outreach, but it would be so much more seamless if it could be incorporated into the original Advanced Outreach.

Hi Brittany, I'll let one of our product experts weigh in on more detail here, but I believe you could do this using the email variant feature where in you have three different variants for Promoter, Detractor and Passive that are triggered based on how they responded to the survey.
Remember - for each email outreach as part of the Advanced Outreaches feature you can select templates that have multi-variant options.
Here is some info on Email Variants

Hi Brittany,
Thanks for the idea, it's on our roadmap, We already store NPS Score in AO Participants object and we are working towards making it available for variant filtering in Thank You Email

Praneet,
Glad to hear it's on it's way. Does this mean Dan's suggestion is not doable at this time? If so, for now, we should just build separate regular Outreaches based on the Flattened Survey or the NPSSurveyResponse object?
