The following are some major enhancements in Gainsight Version 4.31 released August 20, 2015. With this release, you can now:
  • Send Gainsight Surveys via CoPilot email

  • Create Relationships to manage customer relationships at a more granular level

  • Create Success Plans for individual customers, with objectives and tasks for a specific timeframe to drive the success of the customer
