We attach client facing documents to templates created via email assist.  As a CSM, I want to be able to view these attachments in the template prior to sending the email, but cannot.  The only way to see the attachment is to send a test email through Copilot.  Our CSMs do not have access to Copilot.  Would love it if CSMs could see attachments prior to sending the email to their client.
Hi Nancy, I agree we don't support previewing the attachment,we will definitely consider this as a new feature request. 


As a workaround could you please use the "SendTestEmail".
