Ability for superusers to send batch DMs
Our community’s superusers have asked for the ability to send batch DMs (ie, a message to multiple receipients in one go).
It’s because they like to chat to one another privately sometimes! (Probbably complaining about the communty managers…. 
)
Maybe this could be applied using user group permissions in the control panel? It’s not for all, just our regulars.
There’d need to be a limit on how many can be sent. Say, 50?
