Ability to add a new URL to an existing URL in rule(scope) of all/selected features with a single setting in Product Mapper.

Posting on behalf of a customer:

It would be helpful if we could add a new URL to the existing rule(scope) in all/selected features in Product Mapper through a single setting instead of manually adding to all features. 

Use Case: To add the a URL(XYZ.com) to all of the rules that are currently mapped to ABC.com so that they are also mapped to XYZ.com.  It would be helpful to do this without manually working through all the rules and adding in the new URL.

    Or at least on a module level (cos features mostly share a url)
