Have the ability to add a value to the Status field on MDA Relationship Object. There are so many more values that describe the status of a customer then active, inactive. Since we have more values we are now stuck creating a second custom Status field just to accommodate.

+1j.peabody Customer Status Dropdown is a ‘system’ dropdown category which is not editable . For your custom requirements , a custom dropdown category has to be created.
