Currently we are limited to adding 2.5-3k user emails in the engagement/segment logic. In a use case where we want to add more than 2.5k user emails(in multiple rules) in a single segment/engagement we have to make use of a user/account attribute that qualifies for these intended users. Although we do have data loader/API options for setting attributes, it would be beneficial if we could just include more than 2500 user emails in the rules themselves.
