Ability to adjust profile settings on end user's behalf

I’d like to be able to disable email notifications for end-users as an admin. Bonus points for the ability to do this via API.

    Hey Michael, thanks for sharing! Could you help me with the use case of disabling email notifications for end-users? Why would you need this? 

    On our side we have implemented some AI that answers questions like a user. For this usecase it would be very helpful when i can disable the email notifications for this user. As you can imagine there are a lot of notifications coming in here :)

    This was not a good usecase sorry. I can just log in with the user and disable the notifications. :)
