You can edit the name from the “Plan Info” section. We are working on improving the UX to make it easier.

Happy to announce that your request has been considered and implemented in the Success Plan Horizon Analytics available in Gainsight NXT (Link). Success Plan Horizon Analytics has new capabilities making it easier to edit the Success Plan name from the “Plan Info” section.
