Ability to config change to take place in Gainsight Home Summary Ribbon

Hi Team,

 

If we remove the summary ribbon from the config section and then re-add it we are noticing that the config of the ribbon itself changes entirely.

    This is a major issue, as the default config does not represent what we use for metrics.  Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.  @darkknight @tessa_horn

    Hi Angela, we do allow you to change the metrics that are present in the Summary ribbon.
    I think @Aditya’s post was us not remembering your changes after you remove and re-add the ribbon.

    My comment is the same.  We have a custom config, but when it is removed and re-added, it is the default.  The default has measures we do not use.
