Ability to customize the icons in each tab of the KC bot

Posting on behalf of a customer: 

  • I would like the ability to customize the icon for the tabs in the KC Bot. The icon in the Knowledge Base tab is similar to another part of our UI, and we would like to differentiate the two.

    Hi Julie,
    we can select one out of 20 icons for KC Bot.Please check if anyone of them Helps.

    Please correct me if you are looking for something else.

    Hi @suryanarayana - thanks. I wasn’t referring to the badge widget. Rather, the icons for each tab within the bot - onboarding tab, feedback tab, knowledge base tab.

      @aharkut - That post and thread mentions how to change the bot icon, but now how to replace the tab icons with a custom icon. The choices are quite limited, especially if you do not want to use a bot (which customers might think is a chat bot).
