Most of our badging strategy is built around users so it makes no sense for us (the community team) to earn those badges too. Currently we all get the helper, tester, innovator, etc badge, which is confusing as the community team should not be showcasing any of these.
I assume badges can be removed manually per individual, but it makes sense to add the ability in the back end to exclude users roles from earning badges.
