Ability to have multi-question survey w/a series of ratings + open text responses

Posting a product idea on behalf of a customer. If you think this would be useful to you, make sure to vote for it!

 

As a user, I want to be able to create a survey that has multiple rating scale questions, e.g., a series of 10 point scale (or even just 5 star) rating questions., with open text responses between each question.

Currently, surveys are either:

  • a rating survey for a single question with the option (can be mandatory) for an open text response
  • multi question surveys that also have an option to leave an open text response

So essentially, the request is to combine the functionality of the rating survey type with the multi-question type.

      This would be really helpful for us. I’ve been asked repeatedly by my executive team to add validation to some of our engagements with a “was this helpful/valuable” after an engagement, but I can’t add a survey or star rating to any other type of engagement to gain this feedback.
