As there is a lot of unused white space on the right, and CTAs are being
truncated for no apparent reason.
Ability to have the CTA Screen dynamically adjust on the CTA name

Same with rule names on the rules engine. If names are similar you can't tell which is which without collapsing the detail panel even though there are many, many pixels to spare!
