Posting on behalf of a customer: 

As a user, I would like the ability to add a time dimension to the Product Mapper rules in the Engagement Audience. Right now, if I set the rule to:

  • Product Mapper > Feature in: ____ Greater than 10 times

That rule refers to the total number of times the user has engaged in the feature. I would like the ability to have a rule such as the following:

  • Product Mapper > Feature in: ____ Greater than 10 times in the last 30 days

We found out that we can choose the time dimension (‘in the last x days’) only when we are creating Email engagements, however, when we are creating in-app engagements we don’t have this option.

There shouldn’t be any difference between these two engagements because we’re only setting up the channel through which we want to target the customer and in-app seems to be lacking this important option.
