Posting on customer's behalf:

Currently, when we look at the Relationships section of the C360, we see all relationships listed, regardless of status.

It would be helpful to be able to filter out relationships based on their status in this section.

For example, if we have a customer with 3 relationships total, but one of those relationships has a status of "inactive", we'd like to have the ability to not show that relationship in order to prevent confusion.

Is this something that could possibly be roadmapped for a future release?

Hi! you can do this now. All you have to do is go to Gainsight Sharing Settings under Administration.

On Sharing Rules you should be able to create a 'rule' that does not let users see the relationship records if they are 'inactive' (or whichever criteria your system uses to mark the customer as such. I believe System admin users can still see those records.

Hello Everyone!

Happy to announce that your request has been considered and included as part of the v6.16 release. With this release, users have the ability to filter the C360 Relationship section based on Relationship Status; Active, Inactive, or Churn. This makes it easier for CSMs and other Users to view Relationships relevant to them.

This feature is only implemented in the NXT version.

Thanks for posting!
