Use case: After deploying a PX survey, I may get thousands of responses, many with written comments. This makes it challenging to get any insights from the comments. 

Request: The ability to integrate with a 3rd party text analysis tool (such as MonkeyLearn) to save time and get better insights from the comments. 

If the customer already hasn’t, then suggest checking out Gainsight CX which seamlessly integrated with Gainsight PX Surveys, and offers a plethora of analytics including text analysis.

Thank you @harshibanka  for your response. Similarly to @Julie-Pinto request, we already have a 3rd party tool for analysis. We would like to automate the connection between the survey, and the analytics tool. 

 

Are there any options other than setting up a webhook? Would a webhook work in this circunstance?
