We have a CTA that asks our CSM's to review email address' and Contact info when an email has bounced via JO. It would be helpful if the CSM's could click directly to the contact record from the CTA.

Hi Tracy,
Thank you for posting, this isn't current functionality so I'll let the product team comment there.
One thought is you could merge in the contact id to the CTA comments. You could add it like this:
https://jbcxm.na7.visual.force.com/{ContactID}
This still requires them to copy/paste the link but might be an okay work around for the moment.
Let me know if you have other thoughts or questions.

CTA comments would be a good option, as some of our customers are already using it.
Linking the Contact as associated record is in our roadmap but no ETA as of now.

+1, for the ability to link to not just Contacts, but other Salesforce objects as well. We have several CTAs asking CSMs to update date fields on services. It would be fantastic to be able to link directly to the service in Salesforce that needs to be updated, rather than them having to search by the name.
