HI Ravi,
Email Log V2 object which is used for Journey Orchestrator Programs and Email Assist 2.0(check this customer’s migration status) has certain fields which customer could use to build such reports.
| Fields | Description |
| Email Template Id | A unique identifier of the email template. |
| Email Template Name | The name of the email template. |
| Email Template Version Id | A unique identifier of the email template version. |
