Our Community team has grown from a 1-person led team to a team of 6, so we are now adopting using the “assign” feature in the backend for Moderators. However, we encourage our external team members (folks on CS, Academy, etc) to participate and answer questions in the Community as well. Sometime we will see several people comment all around the same time, and since InSided doesn’t auto-refresh, they are posting an answer and not seeing someone else has already posted. 

I’d love to see a feature where we might be able to see multiple users looking at the same topic, or if there’s a way to see “someone is typing”, like in the Facebook groups board.
