Ability to send pre-message to survey distribution

Customers would like to be able to easily send out a "heads up" type of message to the distribution list prior to sending out their survey. Although they can send a message using Gainsight Email, it would be simpler if they could send it right from the survey module, and that would also ensure it goes only to those people who will then receive the survey.

      This would be awesome!  This idea was one of the recommendations in the GS webinar to get the most out of NPS surveys, so it would be nice if GS also had that capability.

      Hi Tracy/Katie, 
      We have alternate way of achieving this, We can create a power list in Co-pilot of users whom we want to send surveys. We can first send pre-survey message and later to same power list we can send survey.

      In addition to it, we are looking at building automation stuff around it to manage the entire workflow for it.

      Yes, thank you, Praneet! Katie, with the release in August of the ability to send surveys via CoPilot, this is now possible and simple because you can use the same Power List to ensure consistent distribution to recipients.
