Ability to tag email responses to previously associated CTAs

We currently have the ability to associate email timeline entries with CTAs through “Associated Records” (on the timeline entry). However, any subsequent responses to the email will have to be manually re-associated with the CTA. Can we develop a feature that allows for email threads (for existing emails that have previously been tagged to a CTA) to be automatically associated with that CTA? That would save us time with the manual association.

    Additionally, it would also be helpful if we can automatically update the timeline entry too. For example, if you add an email to the timeline and then add a reply to that email, the first timeline entry just updates with the latest thread and keeps any associations we previously made.
