Ability to target user with an email engagement based on an email address not stored in the out of the box field

Would be great if it was possible to configure our emails so they can be sent to a user via an email not stored in our out of the box email field?

 

For ex: a user has multiple emails in PX (ex: Preferred Email as a custom attribute), would be great if we could target a specific email associated to a user.
