As our AMs get used to the new C360, one capability they miss from the Account Page is the View All button available from the Activity History related list section. The View All button displays a list of all the activities/tasks that is very useful because you can search history/emails by keyword.
As you continue to work on the C360 and timeline interface, please incorporate capability to view/search all records linked to the Account/Customer.
