In discussing this with my team it does not appear that there is a current UI option to do this. Alternately, would it be feasible to add a font size option for custom field text in C/R360 widgets?

Well in the c360 account widgets, some of the fields that are being pulled in are longer than the wiidget is, and there is no font resize/modification option in the admin console. This could be a double edged sword though, because you wouldn't want to resize the widget font too small, or crowd out the widget display.
The renewal date is a good example of this and should be split on to two lines IMO to allow easy viewing, there is plenty of horizontal space but what I get is this;
