Add Avatar to mail notification variables

Hi,

It would be great to add the avatar as a variable to the notification system. Something like a {author_avatar} variable to get the kind of result below.

It would bring additional design possibilities & a human face in all the automated mails.

Emails it would be relevant to a lot of email notifications:

• @mention
• New topic (in a category)
• New reply
• Private message
• Topic answered
• New product update
