This is in the API, but not in the Zap payload. Please add it in to the Zap.

Use case: I’m looking at a custom onboarding workflow where I message them after 30 days, ask them to complete a survey and encourage them to add a picture to their profile if they don’t have one.

Hi @DannyPancratz, I’ve seen multiple variations on achieving the same thing, which is to nudge users to set a profile picture. Where most of them rely on custom flows through Zapier or APIs, we’re considering adding Profile picture as a Yes/No field in the User overview, which means that you could leverage an automated campaign that would go out to all users that (eg.) have Registration date is more than 14 days ago and Profile is No. Just a sanity check, would that solve for your use case too?

@Sebastian yes. That’s probably a better solution that all CMs could more easily set up (rather than needing to be a Zapier and/or API pro).

The ability to segment and then build email campaigns for the segment addresses the issue. I know part 2 is being delivered, so adding this to user overview would be great.

also having it in the user overview is great for ad hoc self-service “reporting” or answering common questions CMs might have like “what percentage of my total users have a profile photo?”
