From what I see in the data exports, API, and user activities that come through the Salesforce integration, it appears that Content Helpfulness votes are one of the view activities that are not logged / passed along.
It’d be great to add to the data for analyzing these activities over time, by user type, etc.
Additionally, if it was able to exported, we could incentivize it with points using the API and thus build our own solution for this idea:
I like the idea of incentivizing helpfulness voting, however all of these votes are anonymous. We don’t store information about the voter, because we want this functionality also to be available for guests, which can be quite a large viewing audience in some communities. At this moment we simply don’t know who voted.
