I’d like to be able to view when an article was created on the topic cards in the activity feed alongside when it was last updated. I find it hard to be able to tell whether the content itself is new or if it’s just a new comment.

For example:

This topic was last updated 1 hour ago, but the original post was 5 months ago. It is difficult for me to tell at a glance whether this is a new ‘Release’ or an old release that had a recent comment. In order to find out, I have to click into the topic to find out that it’s the latter.

Hi @mstone, thanks for sharing this idea :)

From a design perspective, I find adding another piece of info on the topic card can make it look too busy.  Could you please explain about when and why you’d like to see the post date?

Hey @xiaoyu-shen, sure, I find it hard to tell if the recent activity is a completely new post or if it’s an old post that has been commented in. In most cases, I will care more about the content in a new post and less about and old thread that continues to show up as active. I totally understand that adding another date would make the card a bit noisy -- maybe this is something each individual user can adjust in their settings?

Hello @mstone . Thank you for posting this idea. We have made the decision to park it for now because it didn’t get a lot of votes and replies.
