We would like the ability to use fields to filter contacts within a survey before sending a reminder.  This would allow us to send a more targeted reminder to a specific population (by product, region, etc.)

Can you please elaborate more on the above request for my understanding.
Hi Praneet, Nicole and I are colleagues - I can provide a little more detail. We'd like to be able to filter contacts for reminders beyond just sending to all who have not yet responded. Examples of additional filters we'd like to apply are not responded AND regiSouth.  Or, those who have not responded and we have No response at all from any contact at this Account (survey was sent to multiple contacts at an account), etc.
