Currently, we can use such filtering option as “First Day of Current Month” or “First Day of Current Quarter” in the Rules Engine, however nothing similar to “First Day of Current Year”.

This makes it difficult to setup rules for things like healthscore based on year-to-date revenue, and many other situations where you would want to use a calendar year. The current workaround is to use a “Custom” date, however that means it needs to be manually changed each year, which brings its own set of challenges.
