Add overall custom statuses for Success Plans like "On Hold" or "In Progress"

Hi Daniel,

We plan to add objective and plan scoring in success plans -
1. Each objective can be scored R/Y/G manually or automatically
2. Automatic scoring will be based on one or group of measures (similar to scorecard)
3. Each objective will have a weightage
4. Overall plan score will be calculated based on the objectives weightage and score

Hi Nitisha,

This kind of rule based logic to set a status value rather than or in addition to a score would be great.

Statuses can be independent of a score. A score implies moving up or down a scale of bad to good but a a project could be "On Hold" but still green, for example.
