Add "Select All" to the Google Calendar integration

See screenshot, there are many options to select for which CTAs show up on Google Calendar. Some are pre-selected, but if you want to select all of them you have to click on each one manually.

It would be a nice-to-have if you could “select all” here.

Yes please! Migrating ~44 users from SFDC edition to NXT on Monday and they are looking forward to this integration. I can already foresee some grunts coming from this aspect of their initial setup. Seems far too tedious.

Can we get some votes @jean.nairon @sroma @CurtisValentine @sacha @mathieu.brillon

@foster.sean92 , @gunjanm : Agreed, it makes sense to have option to Select All, but the reason its not present is if we unselect all Reason it will not consider Reason when syncing CTAs to Calendar, which will equivalent of selecting all

@hitesh_sharma that makes more sense! Can we get this called out in the support article? https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/04Cockpit_and_Playbooks/02User_Guides/Cockpit_Calendar_Integration#Auto_Sync

Also, a request would be some help text in the setup on that section.

@foster.sean92 @lindseyyoung5 FYI on the below!

Hello Everyone,

I’ve added the following information in the Cockpit Calendar Integration article:

Note: If users do not select any reason, the CTA reason is not considered while syncing CTAs to the calendar. This implies that all the available CTAs are synced.”

Thanks!
