Not sure why, but I can’t seem to add a survey email template to a playbook (non-anonymous survey). It doesn’t make sense to not be able to do that especially when the email survey task should be followed by some other actions. 

Asking CSx to create a CTA and then an email task is just… (and other tasks) when they could just use a ready-made playbook. Please evolve this. 

Agreed, this is a huge blocker that makes no sense and adds extra steps.
