The Gainsight Assist Chrome plugin is really useful. It would even be greater if it were possible to add tasks to the resulting Timeline Activity directly from the plugin, in case you need to follow up on something related to the email.

Thanks for sharing. This is definitely on our roadmap. I will keep you posted about the updates.
This requirement is not in the near term roadmap due to other organizational initiatives for FY24. Moving it to ‘Workaround Available’ as CSMs are able to perform this action from Timeline in Gainsight app.
