We need the ability to Report on the Rules that Created or Closed a CTA.
Example: Closed a CTA
We have multiple Rules that the same Close CTAs based on different reasons. When one breaks and incorrectly closed CTAs, we have no idea which one. If we could simple look at a Report, we would save a lot of administrative time and effort.
Example: Created a CTA
We have multiple Rules that Create the same CTAs based on different criteria. Today, we have no clean way to know which criteria is the most active.
